Frequently asked questions

About this service

How long does a full factory audit take?

Usually between 5 and 10 business days, including the on-site technical visit and delivery of the report with a recommendation.

Does the audit assess the factory, the product, or both?

Both when applicable: the factory's legal, financial and production capacity, plus a sample or pre-production of the specific product if the project has reached that stage.

What happens if the factory doesn't pass the audit?

We let you know immediately with the detailed report and specific reasons, and we look for an alternative within our network or through a targeted search.

Can you audit a supplier we already have, not a new one?

Yes — that's one of our most common requests, especially before increasing volume with an existing supplier or after a quality incident.

Let's verify your supplier before you take on the risk.
